Delete Account & Data
You can request complete deletion of your BuildCalc Pro account and all associated data at any time.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your projects, calculations, company profile, and all saved data cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account

From the app (fastest)
Open BuildCalc Pro → Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. Your account will be deleted immediately. -
By email request
If you can't access the app, send an email to privacy@buildcalcpro.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All saved projects and calculations
- Company profile and marketplace listing
- Client database entries
- Saved leads and contacts
- Subscription will be cancelled — no further charges
What we may retain
- Billing records required by law (up to 7 years for tax purposes)
- Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data
